These Terms & Refund Policy explain the basic rules for using KeepUp Academy, purchasing a membership, and requesting support.
Use of KeepUp Academy
KeepUp Academy provides educational technology lessons, guides, scam awareness resources, and digital confidence support. Content is provided for general educational purposes only.
No professional advice
KeepUp Academy does not provide legal, financial, banking, cybersecurity, or professional advice. If you believe you have been scammed, have a compromised account, or face a financial or legal issue, contact the appropriate institution, service provider, or qualified professional.
Membership access
Membership access may include lessons, printable guides, scam alerts, updates, and other resources. Specific features may change over time as KeepUp Academy grows and improves.
Billing
Memberships are billed through Stripe. Monthly memberships renew monthly. Annual and founding memberships renew yearly unless canceled before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership before the next renewal date. After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Refund policy
We offer a 14-day refund window for first-time membership purchases. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once processed, unless required by law or approved at our discretion.
Digital content
Because KeepUp Academy provides digital resources, downloaded guides, lessons, and member content may not be returned like a physical product. Refund requests should be sent to support@keepupacademy.com.
Acceptable use
You may use KeepUp Academy content for personal learning and family support. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or publish member-only resources as your own product without written permission.
