If you purchased a membership and are not sure what to do next, start with the steps below.
Check the email used at checkout
Stripe sends receipts and membership purchase confirmations to the email entered during checkout.
Check spam or promotions
If you do not see a message from KeepUp Academy, check spam, junk, promotions, or updates folders.
Contact support
Email support@keepupacademy.com with the email address used at checkout.
Do not email passwords, verification codes, or payment card details. We will never ask for those by email.
